RED HOOK TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT

The Red Hook Residences was a scheme to combine several partially vacant industrial lots in Red Hook. The primary interest in the site was for a conversion to residential use, as the neighborhood continues to attract residents.

The Downtown Brooklyn Residences was a masterplan presented to a midrise residential building in downtown Brooklyn seeking to understand the redevelopment potential of their property.

The Red Hook Infill Residence was a masterplan to enlarge an existing townhouse which had significant unused development rights, and uniquely generous bulk restrictions and advantages for unique views.

Midwood Offices is a preliminary design for a large factory and storage facility in a developing area of Brooklyn. The primary interest in the site was for a conversion to a commercial use to support the existing working community.

SOUTH BROOKLYN APARTMENTS

South Brooklyn Apartments included a gut renovation and addition to a mixed use building. Taking advantage of existing unused air rights, the client was interested in using the available development rights while maintaining as much of the existing building as possible.
