ONE TO WORLD OFFICES

One To World is a non-profit providing services for international students in New York City. Their original space was cluttered and generic. After discussing their organizational priorities, we came up with the world map as an organizing icon for the space. The map, found on translucent dividers, also forms the basis for the bright red storage ribbon.

DOWNTOWN OFFICE

Our client was an international interior design firm that was moving into a full floor space in the financial district. Working within a limited budget for this first phase of the project, the focus was on providing the functional requirements for their office within a limited intervention. We settled on a material palette of polished concrete and exposed ceilings, giving the space a workmanlike quality, and paving the way for future finihses in later years.

SOHO CAFE

A top-down interated coffee farmer, distributor, and cafe company was planning to swing their cafe into a new space a few blocks from their original location in SoHo. Working with a strict budget and wanting to open as soon as possible, we worked closely with the owner to get permits quickly and work through material and lighting selections through construction. The bright, lively space is true to the owner's taste and their company's brand.

ST ANN'S CORNER

Saint Ann’s Corner of Harm Reduction is a needle exchange, clinic, and counseling center in the Bronx. The non-profit was moving for a second floor office that suffered from many small reorganizations that created a cluttered and unusable space. We analyzed their space needs, in order to consolidate thier back of house and administrative spaces, allowing us to create "the Plaza," a safe space for visitors and staff to interact in semi-public.

VOXY

A start-up tech company reached out to us to very quickly transform their space into a flexible, reconfigurable open office with a young and energetic vibe. We focused the design around custom fabricated, glass top workstations that were designed to fit the space in multiple configurations.
